First time orders require a 50% deposit. We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, or company check.

Embroidered or printed items, approximately 3-4 weeks after artwork approval. Custom Caps can take up to 10-12 weeks.

For orders required sooner than normal production time a fee of $35.00 is added

Send artwork using one of the following methods:
1.) Mail camera ready black and white artwork.
2.) Send logo on disk or via e-mail as Corel Draw or EPS file.

If you are not able to send artwork using any of the above methods, an artwork charge of $25.00 per hour, not to exceed two hours, will apply.

Pre-production samples are available for an additional charge of $50.00, plus the cost of the garment or cap and the normal set up charges.

Embroidery prices are for logos with a maximum of 10,000 stitches and up to eight colors.
The set up charge is $95.
